ANNE BARRON

Anne joined our Business Office after a long and varied career in management, sales and marketing.  She works in Accounts Payable, helping to ensure that our accounting operations run smoothly.

Although she loves living in Midtown Atlanta near her daughter and grandchildren, she considers herself a true Texan.  She was born in Dallas, raised in San Antonio and Austin, attended the University of Texas, and lived most of her adult life in Houston, cementing her life-long love for the Lone-Star State.

It’s fitting that Anne has come back to where she began her career - in professional services.  She was certified as a facilitator for the “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”, while concentrating on personal effectiveness, business development and sales coaching with business executives.  Over the years she has helped physicians, dentists, lawyers and others expand their business through consultative sales techniques.

Most recently, Anne worked in senior living services, as an Executive Director of two Atlanta residential care communities and as Director of Operations for 37 assisted living facilities serving more than 1,300 Texas seniors.  She also helped develop and build a thriving senior living services company from the ground up.  These experiences transformed her into a “jill-of-all-trades”, incorporating marketing, daily operations, counseling, construction management and crisis response all at once.

Anne’s claim to fame is riding high above Houston on the Goodyear Blimp, but she stays grounded these days by volunteering at her church.
