JAIME BROADHEAD
Jaime joined Jackson Spalding in 2009 following an internship with Worldwide Public Affairs and Communications at The Coca-Cola Company. She continues to work for Big Red at our firm while supporting other major clients.
Jaime’s current and past experiences at Coca-Cola have afforded her the opportunity to define and execute her professional and personal passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability communications. In these roles, she has honed her internal communications skills by implementing creative employee engagement strategies. She also has cultivated her love of writing and editing, as well as her knack for event planning and design. Jaime has helped coordinate a media tour for international journalists, several large-scale corporate events, conferences and tradeshows.
Before relocating to Atlanta, she was an Account Manager for a boutique PR firm in Greenville, S.C. While there, she worked on a variety of accounts, ranging from political campaigns to health care communications, and she helped organize several events, including fundraisers to benefit The International Center of the Upstate and The Hospice House of Greenville.
Jaime graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, where she accumulated many academic honors. She was a University of Georgia Charter Scholar, a Presidential Scholar and a Coca-Cola Scholar. She remains active with the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, volunteering for events and writing articles for the alumni publication.
In 2002, Jaime represented her hometown of Meridian, Miss. as Junior Miss, an honor fueled by her academic achievements, poise and her many years of dance experience. This honor planted seeds for her future career path, which already has included public speaking and community relations.
Jaime’s life goal is to leave the world better than she found it, which is fitting for a girl who was named after the 1970s TV hero, “The Bionic Woman.”
