Caitlin Goodrich

CAITLIN GOODRICH

Caitlin brings strong writing, analysis and event planning skills to her work at Jackson Spalding. She is a key member of our Delta Air Lines team, overseeing daily competitive intelligence and more than 60 customer recognition events annually. Her experience also includes media and customer relations during pivotal changes such as Delta's emergence from bankruptcy and merger with Northwest Airlines in 2008.

Six months each year she revs up awareness for the Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America, which benefits Victory Junction, a camp for children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses. Caitlin clocks 16-hour days as part of the advance team for the 10-day motorcycle ride, navigating unpredictable highway traffic and weather along the cross-country route.

Education is a passion she supports through her volunteer work. She sits on the ALS Association of Georgia Board, the Pace Academy Alumni Board and Atlanta Youth Academies’ Foundation Board.

Prior to joining Jackson Spalding in 2005, Caitlin was director of public relations for Memphis University School, a college-preparatory boys' school in Tennessee, and was assistant editor for Justine magazine, a "hip and wholesome" national publication for teenage girls.

Caitlin graduated cum laude from Rhodes College where she earned a bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. She was a student standout, not only recognized as "Ms. Rhodes", but also selected for a guest spot on "As the World Turns" when the soap opera filmed on location.

Caitlin has a not-so-secret obsession with show tunes, which she hopes her neighbors Reynoldstown have come to appreciate.
