KIM HARDCASTLE

Kim is a thoroughbred of integrated marketing who joined our team after more than a decade on both the agency and corporate sides of our business.  Her work has earned multiple honors including three Phoenix awards from the Public Relations Society of America's Atlanta chapter, and Gold and Silver Flame awards from the International Association of Business Communicators.

She joined us after serving as Marketing Director for Novare Group where she developed multi-faceted branding campaigns for high-profile condominium properties in five southeastern markets.   Prior to that, she was Vice President of Marketing for a full-service communications firm in Atlanta where she managed accounts in a variety of industries, including real estate, law and consumer products.  Earlier posts included work supporting luxury brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead.

A graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, Kim majored in Marketing with a minor in French.  The latter paved the way for post-graduate studies in Fashion Marketing at the Paris-American Academy.  It was here that she became interested in identifying trends, which led to her humorous musings about all things chic on www.itgredients.blogspot.com.

Away from the office, Kim is active in the American Marketing Association's Atlanta chapter, the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Art Partners at The High Museum and the 2010 Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Hope & Will Ball.  She also volunteers in the hippotherapy program at Chastain Horse Park, which gets her closer to her lifelong dream of owning a horse farm.

She and her husband, Troy, share their East Cobb home with two furry family members: Collier, a Wheaten Terrier, and Forrest, a "mostly yellow" lab. If she ever wins the lottery, she plans to adopt every dog in the shelter and plant a pumpkin patch in the mountains - all while wearing French shoes.
