Jackson Spalding Adds Three National Clients

Brings Total 2008 New Business Wins to 24

Three new clients chose Jackson Spalding at the end of the year, boosting the agency's total new business wins for 2008 to 24.

"We are very pleased to win these three significant accounts- especially since they all resulted from highly competitive pitches," said Bo Spalding, co-founder.

Primrose Schools, a national leader in educational child care, hired Jackson Spalding to support public relations efforts related to enrollment and its children's foundation. Founded 25 years ago, the Atlanta-based franchise has more than 180 locations nationwide. Jackson Spalding won the business after three rounds of competitive pitching, and will work with Primrose staff to increase national and regional brand awareness through traditional and social media relations.

After a competitive review that began with eight agencies, Jackson Spalding was selected to rename, rebrand and launch a new library membership organization that will be created through the merger of Philadelphia-based PALINET and Atlanta-based SOLINET.

JS Creative, the branding and creative services division of Jackson Spalding, has begun work on the renaming process, which will be followed by brand positioning and logo development. The new entity will provide member libraries with education, training, technology leadership, collection preservation, consulting services and consortial savings for all types of libraries and cultural heritage institutions.

Atlanta-based Purchasing Power, LLC, most recently hired Jackson Spalding as its branding agency following a competitive review in December.  Jackson Spalding, in partnership with The Bantam Group, will work with Purchasing Power's marketing team to raise the company's awareness among key targets. Established in 2001, Purchasing Power offers a voluntary benefit program that helps employees buy computers, electronics and home appliances through the ease of payroll deduction. In 2008, Purchasing Power ranked #50 on Entrepreneur Magazine's Hot 100 list of fastest growing companies.

"We're very thankful to end 2008 on a high note," said Glen Jackson, co-founder.
