Caroline started at Jackson Spalding as an intern and quickly made the jump to full-timer. She performs a key role on the Primrose Schools team, providing content marketing and media relations support. Most days, she’s knee-deep in copywriting, strategic planning and content amplification for the Primrose blog. Caroline feels especially lucky to be using her communications skills on an account that fulfills her passion for education, since she once planned on becoming an English teacher.
She spent much of her childhood in Springfield, Missouri, before heading south to attend the University of Georgia, which her Macon, GA relatives had been talking about for her entire life. Caroline arrived not knowing a soul there, but acclimated easily through her social sorority, volunteer work and involvement in the Public Relations Student Society of America. A highlight of her college career was the summer she spent at Oxford, walking in the footsteps of her favorite authors while she completed courses in literature and international communications.
Caroline got her first taste of the agency world during college at a boutique public relations firm called See Spark Go. There she found a knack for copywriting and provided social media support for several clients, including Airstream and the North American Mission Board.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys live music, films and reading, all which provide her the ability to unplug. She says her dream job is to host a talk show about books and films, so… watch your back, Terry Gross!
