To build buzz for the 2025 SweetWater 420 Fest, we led with a brand-forward influencer activation. Our team designed custom boxes—filled with tickets, merch, beer, and Bluetooth coolers—that gave influencers a reason to post before the festival even began.
Over six months, we rolled out content across four beats: lineup drop, single-day tickets, countdown, and festival weekend. We partnered with 17 influencers and earned bonus organic posts onsite thanks to a strong experience. At the same time, a tiered media strategy delivered coverage across local, lifestyle, music, and cannabis press. The result: steady buzz, authentic content, and a brand activation that built hype and hometown love.
