A great idea can start anywhere. But some of the best moments in our work happen when people are together IRL: a client shares a challenge and someone asks the question that changes the conversation; a colleague shares a personal tidbit over coffee that creates a new bond; a team turns a promising thought into a plan around a table.
That belief is behind several recent decisions at Jackson Spalding (JS). We recently signed a lease for a new Atlanta office at Promenade Central and renewed our Dallas office lease at One Arts Plaza. Our Athens office, led by JS partner and Watkinsville native Brian Brodrick, also moved into a new Downtown Athens space last fall after being in the community for more than 20 years.
In 2027, our Atlanta team will move two blocks north from our current Midtown office to the fifth floor of Promenade Central at 1200 Peachtree Street. The new space will bring us together on one 30,000-square-foot floor, designed for more collaboration and connection. We are proud to be staying in Midtown — our home base for more than 30 years — where we can continue to welcome clients and soak up the energy of this Midtown block and campus.
Our renewed lease for more than 10,000 square feet at One Arts Plaza reinforces Jackson Spalding’s 17-plus-year commitment to Dallas and the team we have built there.
Located in the Dallas Arts District and led by Dallas native and JS partner Joanna Singleton, the office gives us a place to work together and bring people together in person.
These leases are about much more than square footage. They reflect our purpose: to cultivate meaningful relationships rooted in mutual respect. Relationships grow through listening, showing up for one another and spending time together. An office cannot create that on its own, but it can make room for it.
It can be a place to welcome a client for an honest conversation, bring strategists and creatives together to solve a tough problem, or help a newer colleague learn by sitting alongside someone with years of experience. It can make the unplanned moments possible, too: the quick introduction, the conversation after a meeting, the laugh that helps a team reconnect before getting back to work.
That is what our values look like in practice. We work together as a team because better ideas come from different perspectives and shared ownership. We look for a better way by bringing people together to question assumptions and improve what we make. And we have fun because joy and camaraderie are part of what makes the hard work rewarding.
Our colleagues and clients work across cities, and the ways we connect will continue to evolve. When the work calls for being together, we want spaces worthy of the time people spend there — places that invite conversation, strengthen trust, accelerate productivity and help ideas move forward.
Our investments in Jackson Spalding’s Atlanta and Dallas offices are tangible commitments to that belief. We are investing in the relationships that make our agency what it is and in the people who will shape what comes next. We look forward to welcoming our colleagues, clients and friends into these spaces and seeing what we create together.
