Elevated fast casual restaurant Mendocino Farms tapped Jackson Spalding to make a splash as they expanded into the Pacific Northwest with their first Seattle restaurant. With a need to build awareness and drive trial, while also tapping into existing brand affinity from California transplants in the area, we launched an integrated, multi-channel approach, activating across the South Lake Union neighborhood with creative out-of-home placements, influencer and brand partnerships, local media segments and engaging events designed to introduce Seattleites to their new “happy place.” The campaign proved successful, with the most-ever My Mendo loyalty program sign-ups prior to grand opening day and strong opening sales that continue to outperform other new Mendocino Farms restaurants.
